- 1 scoop Elite protein powder
- Berries, maple syrup and crumbled pecans
Method
- Add porridge oats, protein powder, water and milk to a pan
- Stir thoroughly over a low heat until thick and creamy
- Serve with berries, pecans and a drizzle of maple syrup
