What is Activ Hydrate + Caffeine?
Activ Hydrate + Caffeine replenishes electrolytes lost during exercise whilst also providing an extra caffeine kick, all in a convenient, easy to dissolve effervescent tablet.
Why is ours better?
Each tablet contains 300mg sodium, 100mg potassium, 40mg calcium and 20mg magnesium to correct electrolyte balance and aid hydration for sports performance. Activ Hydrate + also provides 75mg of caffeine which has been included for an added boost.
